Opening remarks of Prof. Dr Mario KEDHI , rector of “Vitrina” University

Dear students,

Welcome, this academic year at “Vitrina” is the third year that this university hosts many students from all parts of Albania, from Macedonia and Kosovo.

The number of students in Vitrina University is growing from year to year. This academic year, “Vitrina” university is more consolidated by institutional, academic part, with encouraging prospects for the future.
The mission of our University is to provide high quality in all disciplines and to develop intellectual and professional capacity of students offering programs with contemporary and modern technology. The task we have set ourselves as leaders of this institution is, to support your way toward maximizing your potential and achieving the goals that you set.

Academic and administrative staff are dedicated to create an academic environment as invigorating, motivating, and above all challenging. Recently we have invested extensively in university environments: the library of the University, the laboratories, etc.. these kind of investment will not cease even in the future in order to help in your professional accomplishments. In the framework of continuous improvement of the University, we have signed cooperation agreements with renowned universities to exchange experience, for scientific meetings and research paper of common interest, for projects in the field of scientific research. While we are on the verge of signing agreements of this nature.

All we are witness for rapid and multi-dimensional changes that are happening today in regional and global level. This reality creates endless possibilities for all of you, and our goal is that a degree from “Vitrina” University to prepare for tomorrow’s market, based on knowledge and innovation. Together let’s try to make “Vitrina” University good example for all universities of Albania.
